Principal Faculty
Andy Chukwu
Andy Chukwu is an Entrepreneur, Transformer and Social-Evangelist. He is in short, an Apostle in the marketplace. He is currently the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FOAN Realties Ltd, a Pan African Real Estate company with the vision to make real estate ownership and investment a recipe for peace and prosperity in Africa. Founder, Leadership Mindshift (LM), an online talkshow for the paradigm shift in Leadership and Governance in Nigeria. Founder, Zoe e-Ministry, an online platform for hosting of God’s servants for discipleship. Pioneer, Youth up Initiative, a Farming, IT and Leadership training and empowerment organisation for youths in Eastern Nigeria. And Principal Faculty, Real Estate Business School, a premium real estate business school in Africa.
With a background in organizational strategy, business analysis and development and project management gained from top leadership positions with various organisations e.g PWAN Homes Ltd, PWAN Ltd, AIC Services etc.
Andy has over 10 years leadership and management experience in real estate, business analysis, sales, marketing, branding, strategy, project management and consultancy to SMEs, and assisting businesses achieve their goals. A strong advocate of continuous learning, an ardent reader of a range of books covering leadership, national transformation, management, strategy, motivation, human relation, sales, marketing, innovation & relationship and Christian literature.
He is a transformer, problem solver, mentor, life coach and speaker at gatherings and conferences with specific interests in Leadership, Management, Real Estate, Project Management, Coaching, Mentoring, Strategic Management, Brand Management, Technology, Entrepreneurship,Youth Empowerment and National Transformation.
He is a graduate of Petroleum Engineering from Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO), certificate in Project Management, Masters in Business Administration (mMBA) and various trainings in leadership e.g Institute of National Transformation (INT) etc. He intend to become a national transformer, a faculty in a business school, an authority in leadership and management.
Andy is a strong soccer, sprint race and animal lover of eagle, lion, parrots and wild life. A supporter of Barcelona Football Club. And married to one wife with expected three children; intelligent one pretty girl and two handsome boys.

Spark Ogheneovie Ovadje
A Top National Real Estate Coach in Nigeria, an entrepreneurship coach and a popular public speaker who have impacted over 10million lives positively presently rated among top best 5 real estate coach in Africa. A sales coach, a teacher and a trainer. He’s Nigeria’s National Real Estate Coach and Certified Business Coach. Member of a lot of professional bodies in 9 countries. Recently won Most Enterprising Realtor Coach of the year 2021 and Most Influential Real Estate Coach 2021. He’s won cars, lands, and vacation trips from real estate companies in Nigeria.
He was also involved in some extra curriculum training’s and workshops of teachers in Lagos State in some public schools in Lagos State, Nigeria and has done several community development programmes for youths, market women and business men in Mosques & Churches.
He’s trained over 7,000 youths for free on skill acquisitions like ICT, Secretarial Computing, Desktop Publishing, Information Technology, AutoCAD for young architects, Computer Graphics, Computer Engineering, Blogging, Vlogging and Video Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Networking, Business Management, Be Your Own Boss entrepreneurial workshop, How to make detergents & soaps and other vocational trainings he organized to build lives for Free.
He’s not religious, he’s a Coach who attend the Mosque and Church too. He’s also attended Traditional meetings too, however he’s a lover of God.
He is the Winner of Most Active Real Estate Coach of the year 2022 and Winner of the Most Influential Real Estate Coach in Nigeria 2022
Faculty
Chief Ugo Ezeugwa
Chief Ugo Ezeugwa is the Managing Partner of StrongTower & Barfields. He holds LL.B and LL.M degrees from the University of Nigeria and University of Lagos, respectively and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1987.
Chief Ezeugwa has spent the greater part of his legal career in active private practice. He is also a seasoned corporate / commercial and real estate lawyer and was a one-time General Counsel of Churchgate Group, one of Nigeria’s leading business conglomerates. He is a notary public and a fellow of the Institute of Aviation Management of Nigeria.
Chief Ezeugwa is also a prolific writer and has published articles in reputable journals on a wide range of contemporary legal subjects . He is the author of two innovative law books; ‘Doing Business in Nigeria: Foreign Investor’s Legal Guide’ and ‘Aviation Law and Practice in Nigeria’.

Onyekachi Ibekwe Esq.
Onyekachi Ibekwe Esq. is a seasoned lawyer with expertise in Commercial and Real Estate practices in Lagos, Abuja and beyond. He has more than a decade experience in Real Estate business, with an undying passion in excellent due diligence on property titles and documentations.
Mr Onyekachi is a partner in Trinitas and Daniels(Legal Practitioners), one of the bourgeoning Commercial Law Firms in Lagos State.
Mr. Onyekachi also delivers top-notch legal draftings and regulatory compliances in all Commercial practices, which includes but not limited to Real Estate, Banking and Energy transactions.
